Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) forms part of the Terms of Service between Velora Digital Limited (“Velora”, “we”, “us”) and the customer (“you”, “your”). It sets out the rules for using the Velora platform.
Prohibited uses
You must not use the Service to:
- Generate unlawful content — including content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or that incites violence or hatred
- Infringe intellectual property — including using the Service to reproduce copyrighted material without authorisation, or to generate content that you know or suspect infringes third-party rights
- Create misleading content — including fake news, disinformation, or content designed to deceive readers about its origin, authorship, or factual basis
- Distribute spam — including using the Service to generate bulk unsolicited content or to manipulate search engine rankings
- Process prohibited data — including configuring the Service to deliberately collect or process special category personal data (health, biometric, political opinions, etc.) without our prior written agreement
- Violate applicable laws — including data protection, consumer protection, advertising standards, and any other laws or regulations applicable to your publication
System integrity
You must not:
- Attempt to access, reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract Velora’s AI models, algorithms, training data, or source code
- Attempt to access other customers’ accounts, data, or Sites
- Circumvent access controls, usage limits, or security measures
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service outside of its intended interfaces
- Resell, sublicence, or provide access to the Service to any third party
Content standards
You are responsible for all content published using the Service. Before publishing any Output, you must:
- Review and edit the content for accuracy, tone, and compliance with your editorial standards
- Verify facts and sources, particularly for claims about individuals or organisations
- Ensure the content complies with applicable laws, including defamation, privacy, and advertising standards
- Remove or correct any content that you become aware is inaccurate or unlawful
Credential security
You are responsible for the security of all credentials you provide to the Service, including CMS passwords, OAuth tokens, and API keys. You must:
- Use strong, unique passwords for CMS application passwords
- Revoke and replace credentials promptly if you suspect they have been compromised
- Not share Velora account credentials with unauthorised persons
Enforcement
If we reasonably believe you have violated this AUP, we may:
- Notify you and request that you remedy the violation
- Suspend your access to the Service, in whole or in part, until the violation is resolved
- Terminate your Subscription immediately in the case of serious or repeated violations
Where possible, we will give you reasonable notice before taking action. However, we reserve the right to act immediately without notice where we reasonably believe a violation poses an imminent risk to the Service, other customers, or third parties.
Reporting
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP by another user, or if you discover a security vulnerability in the Service, please report it to support@velora.build.
Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
